We Believe that . . .
• God exists as three persons - God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit (called the Trinity), yet they are all one in unity, spirit, truth, and purpose. (John 17:21; Eph. 4:4-6)
• Jesus Christ is the son of God, was born of a virgin, was without sin, died and was buried, and rose from the dead so that we could be forgiven of our sins. (Matt. 1:23; John 20:3)
• The Bible is without error and inspired by God. (2 Tim. 3:16)
• Every person is created in the image of God, but that all have sinned and fallen short of God's standard. (Romans 3:23)
• There is forgiveness and eternal life for those who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. (John 3:16)
• A person must believe in Jesus, repent of their sins, confess their faith in Christ, for it is by God's grace that we are saved through faith . (Eph. 2:8-10)
• The Church is the body of Christ on earth and it exists to serve him. We are called to express our love for God to those around us by sharing the Gospel and by loving one another. (1 Cor. 12:12-27)
• Jesus Christ will return to earth and take to heaven those who have accepted him as their Lord and Savior, and punish those who have not accepted him. (Matt. 25:31-46)
